Our lines of communication are always open – our required weekly meetings will keep you apprised of our progress and provide an opportunity to review your options and any changes you may request. We’ll provide documentation detailing the work scope of your project, the features you’ve chosen, the costs involved and the time required to get the job done. We work closely with our clients to create a comfortable, low-key atmosphere, with no surprises.
Our approach to building is very hands-on. We look forward to being on-site daily, working closely with our construction professionals to make sure things progress very smoothly. We provide our own equipment and skills to perform much of the work needed. Most of our subcontractors have been with us for many years. These fully licensed and insured professionals understand our way of doing things and have been chosen for their ability to meet our high standards for quality.
