HISTORY
Jeff
Cianfrocca has been in the construction industry since 1983. He started as
a carpenter, progressing to custom renovations and turnkey home building in
the mid 1990s. Since then, our focus has been on custom homes and
renovations, crafted to meet the exacting specifications of New Jersey’s
most respected architects. Our business has been built largely by word of
mouth from satisfied clients, and we are pleased to provide sound
references.

CUSTOM HOMES ARE WHAT WE DO
Cianfrocca Builders is a “low
volume” home builder; we accept a limited number of commitments every
year, focusing on quality, rather than quantity. We particularly enjoy spending time on design
details. Our goal with each and every project is to build the
“perfect home” for our customer. We perform hands-on, personalized
service, with all costs up-front and transparent. Successful builders
eventually reach a point where they have the opportunity to take on more
projects, at the cost of sacrificing some of the hands-on attention and
personalized service that only a low-volume home builder can provide.
We will not jeopardize the quality of our work and reputation by taking on
a greater number of projects than those to which we are able to dedicate
our full attention.

A BUSINESS, DRIVEN BY
REFERRALS
The only true benchmark for the quality of a builder
is through the recommendations of others; homeowners and architects pull no
punches when it comes to their experience with a builder. Cianfrocca
Builders was built on the foundation of referrals from satisfied clients,
architects and other industry professionals.
A BUILDER IS ONLY AS CAPABLE AS
ITS SUBCONTRACTORS
We value the partnerships we have forged with our
subcontractors, who have been chosen for the excellent work they have
provided through our many years of working together, building quality into
homes from the ground up. We use many of the same professionals on every project.
In addition, we have valued relationships with realtors, architects,
lending professionals, and others in the business, should you need them.
